Six Sigma

Project Management Institute is an NGO association and a project management certification. PMBOK is short from Project Management Body of Knowledge. The set of rules contains the exact guidelines that need to be followed in terms of project management. PMBOK contains a series of five processes that can be applied to any project. The list below:

Extreme Programming (XP)
