I joined TMS as an intern, without much experience with working in Agile environment. Flexible working hours
It is very important for us that our employees have a good work-life balance. In order to help increase productivity and motivation, we decided to offer the possibility of flexible working hours. If you are an early bird, you might choose to start your workday at 8 AM, and for our teammates who appreciate a bit more sleep, we’ll see you in the office around 11 AM.

Company pays for your BusPlus card. The cost is not included in the agreed salary, so you don’t have to worry about that.
